We use top-quality turf with UV protection so Interior sun doesn’t bleach it out, and it carries a 10–15 year warranty. We install it properly so it doesn’t wave or smell. Putting greens included. If real sod is the better call for your site, we’ll say so.

Discover the need, pick the turf, quote it
We look at how you use the yard and which turf fits. There are different price tiers — all good quality, with UV protection. Putting greens are an option. You get a quote before we order a roll.

Detailed, professional installation
Grade, compacted base, seaming, infill, and a clean edge to the patio or bed. We install it once, properly, so you’re not looking at waves or a lifting seam in year two.

Use the yard
No mower, no sprinkler, green in August. A putting green if you asked for one.

Does it get too hot in Merritt summers?
It runs warmer than grass in full sun. We talk through colour, infill, and where a patio or gravel break takes the heat off bare feet.
Is it OK for dogs?
Yes, with the right product and drainage. A rinse now and then and you’re fine.
How long does it last?
We use top-quality turf with UV protection and a 10–15 year warranty. Cheap roll-over-the-lawn jobs don’t last. We install it properly so you aren’t paying twice.
