Property managers don’t need a landscaper who treats a site like a backyard. We maintain commercial grounds to the standard on the contract, around Merritt and the Nicola Valley. Same crew, same pass — not a weekend leftover.
Merritt Landscaping Inc is in good standing with WorkSafe BC and carries liability insurance. We invoice to the company, put your PO on the bill, and send a certificate of insurance when the file needs it.
How the job runs

Walkthrough and agreement
We walk the site, agree what the standard looks like, and put it in writing. Then we set a monthly fee — usually March or April through the end of October — so you’re not nickel-and-dimed every visit.

We keep the property maintained
We do the work as needed, to the standard — mowing, beds, edges, and the rest — so the property stays looked-after through the season.

Monthly billing
One invoice a month for the season. PO on the bill if you need it.

Do you work with property managers?
Yes. We’re easy to deal with: we follow up on tasks, answer questions, and give straight advice when something on the site needs a decision. You won’t be chasing us.

Merritt Landscaping Inc is in good standing with WorkSafe BC and carries liability insurance. Ask for a certificate of insurance and we’ll send it.
Can you invoice a company?
Yes. Legal name and any PO you need on the invoice. We’re set up for commercial billing.

Weed whacking & lot clearing
Tall grass, brush, and vacant lots — including Merritt bylaw notices. Photos when it’s done.
Tree pruning & hedge trimming
We offer work on small to medium trees and hedges.
Xeriscape gardens
Zeroscape projects, rock gardens, mulch gardens — low-water yards that still look finished in August.
